Our QC Process
Four Checkpoints Before Your Container
01. Raw Material Incoming
Abrasive grains, resin and fibreglass mesh verified against specs on arrival to protect consistency from the first step.
02. In-line Dimensional Check
Outer diameter, bore, thickness and weight spot-checked during pressing and curing to hold tight tolerances run after run.
03. Physical Performance Test
A random sample from each batch runs on our rotation and burst test machines at rated speed before the batch gets the green light.
04. Final Inspection & Report
Discs are visually inspected, counted and packed. A test report can be issued for your order records.
